Building on the successful delivery of CSWIP Visual Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.0) training in October 2024, TWI Thailand continued its mission to enhance welding inspection skills and promote workplace safety by conducting two additional outstation CSWIP 3.0 classes at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Khon Kaen Campus (RMUTI KKC) from 28 April to 2 May 2025.
The training was delivered in two separate classes:
- Class 1: 28 – 29 April 2025
- Class 2: 30 April – 1 May 2025
These sessions were designed to provide foundational knowledge and practical understanding of visual welding inspection, empowering students and professionals with skills that meet international industry standards.
Elevating Skills Through the SEASEP Initiative
The training was delivered as part of the Southeast Asia Skills Enhancement Programme (SEASEP) – a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening workforce capabilities across the region. SEASEP’s primary objective is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements, enabling students and working professionals to develop technical proficiency that meets global expectations.
By equipping participants with practical inspection skills and a deeper understanding of safety practices, the program supports the long-term goal of building a safer and more competent industrial environment across Southeast Asia.
