On 30 April 2025, TWI Thailand, led by Mr. Satanphop Amsupan, Country Manager, proudly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Khon Kaen Campus (RMUTI KKC), represented by Assistant Professor Praphan Yawara, Vice President. This important agreement marks a significant step forward in the collaboration between industry and academia in Thailand.
The MoU focuses on advancing the welding inspection capabilities of students and personnel at RMUTI KKC to align with international standards. Through this partnership, TWI Thailand aims to provide access to world-class training and certification in welding inspection, preparing students for global opportunities in the industry.
Enhancing Technical Skills and Safety Awareness
The collaboration goes beyond technical training in welding inspection. As part of the Southeast Asia Skills Enhancement Programme (SEASEP), the initiative also includes the IOSH Working Safely course, which promotes essential knowledge of health and safety in the workplace. By integrating both technical and safety education, the program ensures students and personnel are well-rounded and industry-ready.
Celebrating Achievement
The MoU signing ceremony also featured a certificate presentation for students who successfully passed their CSWIP 3.0 Visual Welding Inspector and IOSH Working Safely courses from previous training sessions held in 2024. These certificates, issued by internationally recognized bodies, mark an important achievement for the students and reflect the university’s commitment to professional excellence.

This MoU reinforces the shared vision between TWI and RMUTI KKC — to empower students with practical skills, international certifications, and workplace safety awareness that will benefit both their personal career growth and the broader industry.
TWI Thailand จัดการอบรม CSWIP 3.0 ที่มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตขอนแก่น
สืบเนื่องจากการประสบผลสำเร็จในการจัดการฝึกอบรมและการสอบ ณ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลอีสาน วิทยาเขตขอนแก่น เมื่อเดือนตุลาคม ปี พ.ศ.2567 ที่ผ่านมา ในปีนี้ เรายังคงสานต่อภารกิจในการพัฒนาทักษะการตรวจสอบงานเชื่อมและส่งเสริมความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงาน โดยจัดการฝึกอบรมอีก 2 รอบเรียน แบ่งเป็น
รอบเรียน ที่ 1: วันที่ 28-29 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2568
รอบเรียนที่ 2: วันที่ 30 เมษายน – 1 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2568
การฝึกอบรมดังกล่าว ได้จัดขึ้นเพื่อให้ความรู้พื้นฐานและความเข้าใจเชิงปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบงานเชื่อมด้วยสายตา ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มพูนทักษะให้เหล่านักเรียนนักศึกษาและผู้ประกอบอาชีพอื่นสามารถปฏิบัติงานตามหลักมาตรฐานสากลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
การยกระดับทักษะผ่านโครงการ SEASEP
การฝึกอบรมนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้โครงการ Southeast Asia Skills Enhancement Programme (SEASEP) โครงการเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของบุคลากรทั่วทั้งภูมิภาค โดยวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อประสานช่องว่างระหว่างความรู้ที่ได้จากสถาบันการศึกษากับข้อกำหนดในภาคอุตสาหกรรมจริง โดยช่วยให้นักศึกษาและบุคลากรพัฒนาความชำนาญด้านเทคนิคที่สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล
การเตรียมพร้อมให้ผู้เข้าร่วมมีทักษะการตรวจสอบเชิงปฏิบัติ และความเข้าใจที่ลึกซึ้งในเรื่องความปลอดภัยผ่านโครงการนี้ จึงมีส่วนช่วยให้บรรลุเป้าหมายระยะยาว ในการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมทางอุตสาหกรรมในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ให้ปลอดภัยและมีสมรรถนะมากยิ่งขึ้น
ความมุ่งมั่นต่อภาคอุตสาหกรรมและการศึกษา
เรายังคงมุ่งมั่นอย่างแน่วแน่ในการพัฒนาทักษะของนักศึกษาและบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมผ่านโครงการดังกล่าว เพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดกำลังแรงงานที่มีศักยภาพ และสามารถขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมงานเชื่อมและการตรวจสอบได้ ทั้งในระดับท้องถิ่นและระดับโลก
เรายังคงมีบทบาทในการขับเคลื่อนอนาคตของการตรวจสอบงานเชื่อม ผ่านการส่งมอบโปรแกรมการฝึกอบรมที่มีคุณภาพสูงและเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ ซึ่งช่วยให้มั่นใจว่า ผู้มีผ่านการอบรมและการสอบในภูมิภาค มีความพร้อมที่จะรับมือกับความต้องการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปของตลาดสากล
